ABOUT
PIA
The
Plantscape Industry Alliance, formerly CIPA, is an organization of professionals
who design, install and maintain plants in the interior environment. Dedicated
to bringing nature indoors, we advocate the use of living plants in interior
landscapes to enhance human well-being. Living plants are an esthetic
improvement to any indoor area, as well as functioning to remove air pollutants
from the interior environment. Follow this link to view PIA's

Our mission is to advance the professionalism of interior plantscapers and industry affiliates through quality programs, educational material and networking opportunities.
Our goals are to
- increase the use of plants in the interior environment
- increase public awareness of the benefits of live foliage in the interior environment
- assist in the development of ornamental horticulture programs in the education system
- assist companies in developing and implementing sound business practices
- function as a financially responsible non-profit organization
- increase the professionalism of the industry
