Registration Policies

Membership Discount

Early Bird Registration Discount - In order to take advantage of our Early Bird registration discount, your registration must be received by August 9th.

Please Note: Meals may sell out and not be available to late registrants.

Confirmations - Please contact the PIA office if you have not received confirmation of your registration by August 20th.

Cancellations - We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from attending the conference or an event for which you have already registered. If you find that you are unable to attend you may; 1. Send a substitute. Substitutions may be made at any time. Contact PIA prior to the conference or go to the on-site registration desk; 2. Request a refund by Aug. 16 via mail, fax, or email. Cancellations will incur a $30 processing fee.
There will be no refunds after August 16.

Forms - Please use a separate form for each registrant.

Student Registration - Only full-time students are eligible for the discounted rate, and must provide a copy of their student identification card and proof of full time enrollment. Student rate does not include lunch.

Exhibitor Showcase Admittance - Registration is required for entrance to the Exhibitor Showcase. Official Expo badges are required for admittance to all conference sessions and Exhibitor Showcase.

   Sign up as a 2010 PIA member and enjoy the member rates! Hereafter, annual dues will be invoiced.

Become a member and we will list your company’s contact information on our website under our Find an Interiorscaper page, which is sorted both alphabetically and regionally. There are 2 additional options available for more exposure on PIA's Online Directory:

- Option A: $45/year
Includes your company name, address, telephone/fax and an email link allowing customers to email you directly.
- Option B: $205/year ($17/month)
Includes option A plus a direct link to your company's website.
